Our broodmares are the backbone of our operation.  We have chosen our mares for conformation, disposition, and pedigree. We breed these mares to the best cow and performance bred stallions that we can.

 

 

 

 

Lil Badgers Gin(Meg)

Meg

Meg (’03) is by Lil Badgers Dos(Peppy San Badger) and out of Ima Royal Gin(Tanquery Gin).  Her 2011 colt is standing at stud in east Georgia.   Super broodmare.  She had a great filly in 2013.  Her 2014 colt is another stud prospect. Her 2017 filly by Prickory is a keeper.  Bred to SMC for 2019 foal.

 

 

 

 

 

Kings Sonata(Spice)

Spice (’01) is by UGAs Blue Prince(Continental King) and out of Sugs Sonata.  She is one of the nicest foundation mares anywhere and produces great all around horses.  Her five year old colt(pictures page) is standing at stud. Her 6 yr. old palomino filly is also shown below. Outstanding filly by Shortys Missin Cash for 2014. Her 2017 filly by SMC is really nice and is for sale. Sugar Shorty Lena(05)
 
The sire of this mare is Chromesmal, a money earning son of Peptoboonsmal.  His offspring that have shown have won $18,500 per head over the past couple of years.  Her dam is Sugar Shorty(NCHA money earner) who is a full sister to Sweet Shorty Lena the dam of 2004 NCHA Open Futurity champion Spots Hot.  Lena had a nice bay roan colt by Prickory in 2014. Her 2017 bay roan colt by Prickory is being held back as a stud prospect.  Bred to Prickory  for 2019 foal.   FYI her 2009 Prickory gelding won the team sorting at Lightning P Arena in Resaca his second time out.  
 
 
Playboys Little Badge(2007)
Bridgette Bridgette is by Playboys Badge a money earner and producer in NCHA.  He had a finalist in the 2006 NCHA Futurity.  The dam is Janita Little Peppy a gd of Little Peppy and Peponita, also 25% Docs Jack Frost. Super nice colt by Prickery in 2017. She will be bred to SMC in early 2019.

Jenny (’09) is by Prickory and out of Ima Royal Gin(Tanquery Gin)  She was bred to Shortys Missin Cash in 2016. Her 2017 filly is super nice and we have a deposit on her. We are so excited about this foal.  Dash For Cash, Docs Hickory, Shorty Lena and Tanquery Gin all on the same pedigree.  Should be a great all around horse.  Her 2018 filly is just as nice and is for sale(see 2018 foals page).
